The successful candidate will bring strong organizational judgement, financial oversight, and the ability to manage facilities, vendors, and reporting processes in a structured environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Direct the day-to-day operations of the Hub, providing leadership, guidance, and performance oversight for the local team.</p><p>• Prepare the annual operating plan and budget forecast in partnership with finance stakeholders, and support submission for leadership review and approval.</p><p>• Coordinate workforce planning, recruitment activities, onboarding, and employee documentation while ensuring compliance with employment standards and internal policies.</p><p>• Manage office and laboratory space requirements, including site setup, equipment needs, and ongoing facility operations in a cost-conscious manner.</p><p>• Oversee purchasing activities for operational and project-related needs, maintaining proper approvals, documentation, and separation of responsibilities throughout the procurement process.</p><p>• Liaise with technology teams to arrange system access, equipment provisioning, and information security support for Hub employees and operations.</p><p>• Support project start-up and delivery processes by coordinating project identifiers, confirming scope and funding details, and maintaining accurate reporting on time, effort, and costs.</p><p>• Monitor external partnerships and agreements to ensure appropriate internal approvals are obtained and that contractual obligations, confidentiality terms, and reporting commitments are followed.</p><p>• Track financial performance against approved budgets, assist with intercompany invoicing and cost reporting, and contribute to audit readiness when required.</p><p>• Maintain regular communication with key teams across regions, including Germany, to align priorities, resolve operational dependencies, and keep stakeholders informed of progress.</p>
