- <p>Warehouse Manager | Manufacturing Operations, Inventory & Logistics Leadership</p><p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Warehouse Manager</strong> to lead all warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, and distribution activities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This individual will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring on-time customer shipments, and leading a high-performing warehouse team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, team leadership, and continuous improvement.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, and distribution.</li><li>Manage the receipt of materials, components, packaging, and production supplies.</li><li>Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with suppliers, customers, carriers, and transportation providers.</li><li>Ensure accurate receiving, inspection, documentation, and inventory transactions.</li><li>Lead daily shipping activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of finished goods.</li><li>Supervise, mentor, and develop warehouse supervisors and warehouse associates.</li><li>Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory reconciliation processes.</li><li>Optimize warehouse layout, storage capacity, material flow, and space utilization.</li><li>Establish, monitor, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory accuracy, on-time shipping, productivity, quality, and safety.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Production, Procurement, Quality, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to support operational objectives.</li><li>Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.</li></ul>
