This could be a great next step for you.</p><p><br></p><p>We’re working with a growing organization that supports a custom Point-of-Sale (POS) platform used across multiple retail locations. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><p>· Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets using a ticketing platform (Freshdesk experience is an asset).</p><p>· Troubleshoot and resolve POS software and hardware issues in a timely manner.</p><p>· Maintain clear, accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and user interactions.</p><p>· Create and maintain user training materials, including documentation and short instructional videos.</p><p>· Train end users on POS functionality, workflows, and best practices.</p><p>· Participate in onsite POS implementations and system rollouts when required.</p><p>· Provide hands-on support during installations and go-live periods.</p>
