Responsibilities: • Examine consolidated financial results across six operating sites and corporate functions, confirming accuracy, investigating unusual results, and ensuring reported performance is supported by business activity and commentary. • Work alongside Finance Business Partners and site leadership to assess differences between budget, forecast, and actual performance, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities for decision-makers. • Develop and refine reporting packages and presentation materials for management and executive audiences, ensuring financial content is accurate, well-organized, and ready for leadership review. • Contribute to the annual planning process by supporting budget finalization, updating fiscal year actuals, and completing year-end adjustments and forecast revisions. • Assist with post year-end reporting changes by supporting account mapping, restructuring financial statement formats, and validating large volumes of data through detailed Excel-based analysis. • Interpret financial information to explain business performance clearly and provide actionable recommendations to internal stakeholders. • Review underlying assumptions in financial reports and challenge inconsistencies to improve the quality and reliability of analysis. • Support ongoing forecasting and modelling activities to help maintain timely and accurate financial outlooks across the business.
