  • <p>Robert Half Canada is currently recruiting for an experienced <strong>Accounting Manager</strong> to join a well-established, multi-entity organization based in Surrey, BC. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a CPA who brings strong financial reporting experience along with proven experience managing an accounting team within a larger, complex corporate environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Reporting to the Controller, the Accounting Manager will oversee the day-to-day activities of the accounting team, with a primary focus on <strong>financial reporting, month-end processes, and staff management</strong> across multiple entities. The successful candidate will currently be managing a team of at least four accounting professionals and be comfortable balancing technical accounting responsibilities with team leadership and ongoing process improvement.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and oversee a team of 4+ accounting staff, including workflow management, review, coaching, and day-to-day support.</li><li>Manage financial reporting and month-end accounting activities across a multi-entity corporate structure.</li><li>Review accounting deliverables and ensure reporting is completed accurately and within established deadlines.</li><li>Support the Controller with the ongoing improvement and documentation of accounting processes, procedures, and SOPs.</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, controls, and efficiencies within the accounting function.</li><li>Assist with ad hoc accounting and finance projects as assigned by the Controller.</li><li>Provide FP&amp;A and analytical support as required, including assistance with reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and other finance initiatives.</li></ul><p> </p><p><br></p>
