This role will focus on maintaining smooth operations, supporting end users, and managing a simple ticketing system.</p><p>This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys straightforward support work in a well-documented environment with minimal complexity.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Provide Tier 1 / Tier 2 technical support to internal users (approximately 50 employees)</li><li>Manage and respond to support requests through a simple, open-source ticketing system</li><li>Troubleshoot common hardware, software, and connectivity issues</li><li>Support Microsoft Office applications and general desktop environments</li><li>Assist with basic user account management and access requests</li><li>Follow and leverage existing IT documentation to resolve issues efficiently</li><li>Perform light system maintenance and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations</li></ul><p><br></p>
