- <p>Our client is a well-established and growing organization within the restoration and property services industry. They are seeking a Business & Marketing Development Manager to strengthen relationships, expand business opportunities, and increase the company's visibility throughout the Fraser Valley.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a strategic yet hands-on role for a relationship-driven professional who enjoys being active in the community, building partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams. You will serve as a key ambassador for the organization, developing relationships with insurance professionals, brokers, adjusters, property managers, and commercial and community partners.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Business Development & Relationship Management</strong></p><ul><li>Build and maintain relationships with insurance professionals, adjusters, brokers, property managers, and industry partners.</li><li>Conduct regular and quarterly visits with insurance broker offices throughout the Fraser Valley.</li><li>Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market presence.</li><li>Research and pursue RFP opportunities with schools, hospitals, government agencies, senior care facilities, and commercial clients.</li><li>Monitor local market and industry developments.</li><li>Maintain accurate CRM records of contacts, meetings, opportunities, interactions, and follow-ups.</li><li>Develop and maintain a strong network of referral and strategic partners.</li></ul><p><strong>Marketing & Community Presence</strong></p><ul><li>Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, networking functions, and community events.</li><li>Plan and coordinate CE classes, client appreciation events, networking events, and other client-facing initiatives.</li><li>Coordinate Project Manager participation at key client and industry events.</li><li>Support marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness and strengthen the company's local reputation.</li></ul><p><strong>Internal Coordination</strong></p><ul><li>Act as a key liaison between Project Managers and external stakeholders, ensuring strong communication and relationship continuity.</li><li>Maintain visibility into each Project Manager's book of business and assist with job coverage planning.</li><li>Coordinate internally to align business development activities with operational capacity and client expectations.</li><li>Participate in weekly sales and leadership meetings.</li><li>Prepare bi-weekly business development and activity reports for the General Manag</li></ul>
