  • <p>Our client is a well-established, third-party property management firm with decades of experience supporting stratas and property owners across the Lower Mainland and throughout BC. The company manages a large portfolio of strata properties as well as a handful of large residential rental properties. As the company continues to grow, they are looking to bring on a new Controller who is a progressive people leader and sophisticated accounting professional who can help lead the organization through its next phase of growth. </p><p><br></p><p>Reporting to the CEO, the Controller will lead a team of accountants, work closely with the property management team, and liaise directly with property owners as needed.
