We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join a growing manufacturing business in Vancouver, British Columbia. In this newly established role, you will work closely with the Group Controller to strengthen planning and analysis, improve financial visibility, and provide decision-ready insights to leaders across the organization. This opportunity is well suited to someone who combines solid accounting knowledge with strong analytical skills and an interest in understanding how operational performance shapes business results. Responsibilities: • Prepare and support monthly and quarterly reporting activities, with particular attention to manufacturing performance, inventory movement, and product-related results. • Work collaboratively with international finance partners to improve the accuracy, consistency, and turnaround time of financial information. • Develop and refine forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis models to support planning and performance management. • Translate financial outcomes and operating trends into clear, practical insights for teams outside of finance. • Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators related to production efficiency, fulfilment, and shipping performance. • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows across finance and operations, then help put effective improvements into practice. • Assist with accounting and planning activities as needed, including support for close processes, journal entries, and other reporting requirements. • Take on increasing responsibility for day-to-day finance operations to support the Controller and create capacity for broader strategic initiatives. • Link financial analysis to operational decision-making by highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities that affect overall business performance.

We’re looking for a Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to support the buildout and enhancement of sales and revenue reporting capabilities. This role will focus on creating impactful dashboards and analytics related to forecasting, pipeline coverage, sales performance, and revenue insights using Salesforce data housed within a centralized data warehouse. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can work closely with business stakeholders to translate reporting needs into clear, actionable insights. In addition to traditional BI experience, we’re looking for someone comfortable leveraging AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to support data visualization, reporting ideas, and dashboard development workflows. Professional AI experience is not required, but curiosity and hands-on familiarity with AI tools is highly valued. This is a 9-month contract with strong potential for extension. The preference is for a hybrid resource working onsite Tuesday–Thursday, though remote candidates may be considered for the right fit. On behalf of our client, Robert Half is looking for a Functional Analyst to support a major finance transformation initiative, including the implementation of OneStream, which will replace our clients legacy platform. This role sits within a global finance systems team and combines functional analysis, systems support, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement. You'll work closely with Finance and IT teams to support financial reporting, system integrations, data validation, and ongoing platform enhancements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands financial systems, enjoys solving data-related problems, and wants to play a key role in a large-scale enterprise implementation. This opportunity is being offered as a 6-month contract with the expectation of converting to permanent.
