The key responsibilities of the Financial Analyst will be:</p><p><br></p><p>• Undertake budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for Corporate head office functions and mine site operations, providing guidance and insights to stakeholders</p><p>• Own monthly financial performance reviews, including variance analysis, root-cause analysis, and recommendations for corrective actions</p><p>• Develop and present financial insights, operational trends, and key performance indicators to support strategic decision-making</p><p>• Prepare and enhance executive-level reporting packages, dashboards, and financial models for leadership review using PowerPoint</p><p>• Lead financial analysis related to cost management, capital investments, profitability, and business cases</p><p>• Strengthen financial controls, reporting accuracy, and compliance practices, including support for SOX-related initiatives where applicable</p><p>• Drive cross-functional collaboration and build trusted relationships</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
