The Director Finance will play a key role in strengthening the accounting function through enhanced processes, automation, and financial discipline.This position is ideal for a technically strong CPA who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and can balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution. The successful candidate will help ensure employees are paid accurately and on time while supporting compliance, benefits administration, and payroll reporting.
