We are seeking a Senior Associate, Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to join a growing technology team focused on delivering highly reliable, secure, and scalable applications within a regulated environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What you will do and how you will make an impact …</strong></p><p><br></p><p>As a key member of the engineering organization, you will design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions that are embedded directly into modern CI/CD pipelines. You will work closely with software developers, DevOps professionals, and product teams to ensure that quality is built into every stage of the development process.</p><p><br></p><p>A significant focus of this role will be supporting critical payment systems, including wire transfers, ACH transactions, and real-time payment capabilities. You will help validate both internally developed applications and several mission-critical third-party platforms that support payment processing and compliance functions.</p><p><br></p><p>This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building automation from the ground up. The organization currently has a strong manual testing presence and is looking for an experienced engineer who can help accelerate the transition to automated testing. Initially, there will be some hands-on testing responsibilities, but the long-term goal is to increase automation coverage, improve testing efficiency, and support faster delivery of new features.</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites that are integrated into CI/CD pipelines and support rapid, high-quality software releases.</li><li>Build and enhance scalable automation frameworks for API, integration, end-to-end, and regression testing.</li><li>Implement automated quality gates that validate code changes, enforce testing standards, and prevent defects from reaching production.</li><li>Partner closely with software engineers, DevOps teams, and product stakeholders to ensure quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle.</li><li>Develop testing strategies for cloud-native applications running in AWS environments, ensuring reliable performance across multiple environments.</li><li>Validate application functionality, configurations, integrations, and feature flag implementations across development, testing, and production environments.</li><li>Establish and maintain test data, test environments, and automation best practices to support efficient software delivery.</li><li>Mentor and support junior QA and automation team members, helping to elevate technical capabilities and testing standards across the organization.</li></ul><p><br></p>
