The role also focuses on creating AI-driven solutions that streamline operational workflows, accelerate issue response, and enhance day-to-day efficiency.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Direct high-impact incident management programs across a distributed cloud environment, ensuring timely coordination and resolution.<br>• Refine operational readiness and incident response practices to improve reliability, consistency, and scale across critical services.<br>• Work with engineering, operations, and business teams to deliver resilience initiatives and strengthen service performance.<br>• Guide post-incident reviews, support root cause analysis, and track follow-up actions to reduce recurring issues.<br>• Contribute to resiliency planning and operational support for a broad portfolio of essential platform services.<br>• Establish and enhance governance and operational processes suited to a complex and highly regulated organization.<br>• Design and deliver AI-enabled agents that automate incident handling and other operational activities.<br>• Assess opportunities for AI adoption, then develop and implement solutions that improve response speed, workflow efficiency, and decision support.<br>• Build proofs of concept and production-ready automations using modern AI tools, Python, and enterprise platforms.

- We are looking for a Laptop Deployment Technician to support a large-scale device refresh initiative for a financial services environment in Toronto, Ontario. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for a hands-on desktop support specialist who can prepare, deploy, and replace laptops efficiently while delivering a positive end-user experience. The successful candidate will handle imaging, configuration, troubleshooting, and shipment coordination, while working with a high daily volume of devices across multiple branch locations.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Prepare and configure incoming laptops for end users by completing imaging, setup, and quality checks before deployment.<br>• Replace existing devices with newly provisioned laptops and ensure users receive the equipment and guidance needed for a smooth handoff.<br>• Resolve Level 2 desktop support issues related to hardware, Office 365 applications, Outlook, Excel, and general workstation performance.<br>• Support device enrolment and management activities using Intune, Azure, and Active Directory tools.<br>• Process a high volume of laptop deployments each day while maintaining accuracy, organization, and service standards.<br>• Package and coordinate shipment of laptops to branch locations, ensuring devices are tracked and ready for distribution.<br>• Create and provide checklists and other user-facing instructions to help employees complete returns and exchanges correctly.<br>• Document incidents, service requests, and deployment updates in ServiceNow to maintain clear support records.<br>• Communicate clearly with end users and internal teams to troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and deliver strong customer service.
