Responsibilities: • Direct the early-stage planning and development of storage and material handling opportunities, ensuring each concept progresses smoothly from initial inquiry to formal proposal. • Work closely with sales teams to clarify customer objectives and translate operational needs into effective technical and commercial recommendations. • Assess project specifications, layouts, and supporting documents to prepare complete, accurate, and competitive submissions. • Provide subject-matter support during client discussions, presentations, and proposal reviews to strengthen business development efforts. • Create cost-conscious, value-driven solution options that balance performance, quality, and commercial viability. • Oversee estimating activities by coordinating inputs, validating assumptions, and improving consistency across project costing and proposal development. • Align internal engineering, operations, and manufacturing contributors so that project scope, feasibility, and execution expectations are clearly understood before handoff. • Advance building information modelling capabilities and support continuous improvement initiatives that increase profitability, streamline workflows, and elevate customer satisfaction.
