- We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to support a leading Financial Services organization in Toronto, Ontario. This Long-term Contract opportunity is well suited to a mid-level candidate who brings strong hands-on experience across cloud services, core infrastructure, networking, and operational support. The role combines project delivery with day-to-day administration, requiring someone who can strengthen platform reliability, contribute to technical improvements, and work effectively with both technical teams and business partners. This position follows a hybrid model with 1-2 days per week in the office.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee the administration, configuration, and ongoing support of cloud and infrastructure environments, including Microsoft 365 platforms, service management tools, and related enterprise systems.<br>• Maintain and enhance network operations across LAN, WAN, firewall, and wireless infrastructure using technologies such as Cisco, Checkpoint, and Aruba.<br>• Lead technical workstreams for infrastructure initiatives by planning implementations, assessing dependencies, and coordinating delivery with project managers, developers, database specialists, vendors, and other stakeholders.<br>• Diagnose complex infrastructure issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions to improve service stability and performance.<br>• Prepare clear technical documentation for solution design, operational procedures, support activities, and project milestones throughout the delivery lifecycle.<br>• Support governance, controls, and operational best practices by contributing to asset management, incident handling, change processes, and vendor coordination.<br>• Participate in modernization efforts, remediation activities, system upgrades, and platform enhancements that improve resiliency, security, and business alignment.<br>• Monitor infrastructure health, capacity, and alerting across core systems, and help develop recovery-focused approaches including disaster recovery readiness.<br>• Apply security principles and sound engineering practices to infrastructure design, administration, and support activities.<br>• Contribute to both business-as-usual operations and project-based assignments while managing priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- <p>We are looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to join our client’s team in Concord, Ontario on a Long-term Contract basis. This position focuses on strengthening and modernizing endpoint services, with an emphasis on secure device management, platform reliability, and user support. The successful candidate will work closely with service, infrastructure, and security teams to improve endpoint operations and help guide technology enhancements across the environment. - We are looking for a NetSuite Implementation Expert to support a non-profit organization in Hamilton, Ontario through a Contract engagement. This role will focus on strengthening system performance after go-live, improving reporting reliability, and addressing functional issues that affect day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will work closely with users to refine configurations, support module enhancements, and recommend practical improvements that increase efficiency across the organization.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Provide post-launch NetSuite assistance by troubleshooting issues, stabilizing system performance, and supporting users as they adapt to the platform.<br>• Redesign and optimize reports so that business leaders can rely on clear, consistent, and accurate information for decision-making.<br>• Evaluate how segment codes are currently applied and propose workable approaches that align with the limitations of the existing chart of accounts.<br>• Investigate and resolve functional problems such as cheque printing errors, synchronization issues, and other system configuration needs.<br>• Support the rollout and refinement of the Capital Assets module, helping improve related processes and user adoption.<br>• Analyze current workflows to uncover inefficiencies, reduce duplicate effort, and improve coordination between NetSuite and older systems.<br>• Deliver hands-on assistance to a user group of approximately 12 to 16 people, beginning with intensive support and continuing with ongoing guidance as needed.<br>• Recommend and implement practical customizations that enhance usability, strengthen controls, and better support operational requirements.
