The successful candidate will provide strong leadership to the finance team and serve as a trusted partner to business leaders across the company.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Lead the organization’s overall financial direction, ensuring strong governance, accurate reporting, and sound decision-making across the business.<br>• Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, shareholder updates, tax filings, and reports required by regulatory bodies.<br>• Manage core finance operations, including accounting, costing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and consolidated reporting for multiple locations.<br>• Direct monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, and communicate financial results to internal leadership and the parent organization.<br>• Guide cash flow planning, treasury activities, credit oversight, and financial risk management to protect the company’s financial position.<br>• Build and maintain effective internal controls, financial policies, and administrative procedures that support compliance and operational discipline.<br>• Deliver meaningful performance analysis on revenue, margins, expenses, and profitability by comparing results against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods.<br>• Partner with department leaders to develop budgets, business plans, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and organizational alignment.<br>• Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering an engaged culture focused on timely processing, high-quality analysis, and dependable business support.<br>• Represent the company in financial matters with lenders, insurers, external accountants, and government agencies as needed.
