In this role, you will combine experimentation, reporting, and predictive analysis to evaluate user trends, measure outcomes, and guide business decisions. The position calls for a strong analytical mindset, technical fluency, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to cross-functional stakeholders. Responsibilities: • Create and maintain dynamic dashboards and reporting tools that improve visibility into product and business performance metrics. • Build scalable data models and establish clear metric definitions that support reliable self-service reporting across teams. • Plan and assess A/B and multivariate experiments to measure feature impact and inform product direction. • Examine customer behaviour, conversion paths, cohort trends, and feature usage patterns to uncover opportunities for growth and optimization. • Develop forecasting and scenario-based models, including lifetime value assessments, to evaluate business strategies under different risk conditions. • Investigate performance issues through detailed root cause analysis and provide data-backed recommendations for improvement. • Apply statistical methods and machine learning techniques to strengthen decision-making and improve product outcomes. • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Risk, Finance, and Data Engineering teams to align analytical priorities with business goals and compliance expectations. • Present insights, findings, and strategic recommendations to senior leaders in a clear and actionable way.
