The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver practical solutions that support operational accuracy, compliance, and a better user experience. Location: Mississauga, ON (Pearson Airport area)Work model: 3 days onsite. Responsibilities:• Evaluate the current Dayforce setup to uncover configuration weaknesses, process bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve system performance.• Investigate and resolve functional issues affecting payroll calculations, integrations, workflows, and reporting within the Dayforce environment.• Drive system enhancements and corrective actions that increase reliability, efficiency, and usability across payroll and related functions.• Partner with payroll, HR, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and convert business needs into sustainable Dayforce solutions.• Review end-to-end workflows across payroll, time tracking, benefits, scheduling, and HR processes to recommend practical improvements.• Coordinate testing activities, confirm results, and maintain clear documentation for updates, fixes, and configuration changes.• Share subject matter guidance and best practices with internal teams to build confidence and long-term capability in managing the system.• Ensure all configuration updates and process improvements remain aligned with compliance obligations and internal policy standards.
