<p>We are looking for an experienced Finance Consultant to join our client's team in the Tri-cities area, British Columbia. In this strategic contract role, you will be reporting into the General Manager and play a pivotal part in managing financial planning and analysis (FP&A) for operations, ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. If you have a solid background in manufacturing finance and a resourceful mindset, we encourage you to apply.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Collaborate with the General Manager and key stakeholders to create and refine monthly and quarterly budgets using both top-down and bottom-up approaches.</p><p>• Update and enhance cash flow statements to ensure accuracy and alignment with business goals.</p><p>• Identify and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor financial health, including costing, pricing, and gross margin analysis.</p><p>• Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to support informed decision-making across the organization.</p><p>• Provide detailed backup data and reports to assist with grant applications.</p><p>• Document processes and create standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline financial operations.</p><p>• Analyze inventory valuation and movement to optimize inventory controls and forecasting.</p><p>• Support costing initiatives by evaluating fully loaded costs and product pricing strategies.</p><p>• Build strong relationships across teams to foster collaboration and stability within the organization.</p>
