- <p>Our client, a highly diversified real estate development organization, is looking for a HRIS Analyst to lead the continuous improvement of its Workday environment.</p><p><br></p><p>This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to serve as the internal Workday expert and collaborate closely with teams across HR, Payroll, Finance, and broader business operations.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee Workday configuration, maintenance, enhancements, business processes, workflows, releases, and continuous improvement across HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Absence, and Compensation.</li><li>Manage Workday security, access, data integrity, privacy, and governance, including routine audits.</li><li>Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and workforce analytics to support business decision-making.</li><li>Support Workday integrations, troubleshooting, testing, implementations, and enhancements in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.</li><li>Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions, provide training and support, and promote system adoption and best practices.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
