This role is ideal for someone who can manage high-volume invoice processing with accuracy, maintain organized records, and support timely payment activities in a fast-paced environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Process high-volume accounts payable transactions and maintain accurate financial records.</li><li>Review and enter vendor invoices, ensuring proper approvals and documentation are in place.</li><li>Complete three-way matching between purchase orders, receiving documents, and invoices.</li><li>Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.</li><li>Prepare payment batches, including cheques, EFTs, and wire payments.</li><li>Review employee expenses and ensure supporting documentation is complete.</li><li>Support month-end, year-end, accruals, audit requests, and reporting activities.</li><li>Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding invoice and payment inquiries.</li><li>Maintain organized and confidential AP documentation.</li><li>Assist with onboarding, training, and process support as required.</li></ul><p><br></p>

This position plays a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting audit readiness, and maintaining strong accounting controls across day-to-day operations.
