We are looking for a Functional Business Analyst to join an organization on a Contract basis in Burnaby, British Columbia. This role will focus on evaluating how Acumatica is being used across the business, uncovering process gaps, and recommending practical improvements that strengthen reporting, controls, and day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to define requirements, support more efficient workflows, and help improve the reliability of financial and operational information. Responsibilities:• Evaluate current Acumatica processes to uncover operational gaps, control weaknesses, and areas where efficiency can be improved.• Examine approval paths, reporting frameworks, and related business controls to identify opportunities for stronger governance and better visibility.• Recommend solutions that replace manual spreadsheet-driven activities, with particular attention to improving financial reporting practices.• Analyse end-to-end transaction cycles and help enhance the flow from quotation through order entry to invoicing.• Investigate business issues affecting inventory, commissions, pricing, credit-related quotations, and billing accuracy, and propose corrective actions.• Develop or advise on the creation of Acumatica Generic Inquiries, management reports, and dashboards that support business decision-making.• Lead focused working sessions with business users to gather requirements, confirm priorities, and validate proposed solutions.• Prepare clear documentation outlining findings, recommended actions, internal controls, and future-state business processes.

We are looking for an Accounting Analyst to join a collaborative finance team in Vancouver, British Columbia on a Long-term Contract basis. This position offers the opportunity to contribute across accounts payable, billing support, revenue recognition and reporting, as well as additional month-end activities while working closely with internal stakeholders across the business. The role is well suited to someone who is detail-oriented, dependable with deadlines, and comfortable handling financial transactions in a fast-paced office environment. Responsibilities:• Manage accounts payable activities by reviewing invoices, coordinating approvals, and ensuring payments are issued accurately and on schedule.• Follow up on purchase requests and purchase orders, working with department leaders to confirm documentation is complete and submitted promptly.• Execute payment runs and maintain appropriate controls when handling payment processing responsibilities.• Provide support to the revenue and billing function by assisting with energy billing transactions and related financial records.• Prepare reconciliations and contribute to month-end close tasks to help maintain accurate accounting results.• Communicate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve invoice, payment, and procurement-related questions efficiently.• Use accounting and ERP systems to enter, track, and validate financial information with a high level of accuracy.• Assist with additional finance-related tasks and special assignments as business needs evolve.
