This role will focus on evaluating how Acumatica is being used across the business, uncovering process gaps, and recommending practical improvements that strengthen reporting, controls, and day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to define requirements, support more efficient workflows, and help improve the reliability of financial and operational information.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Evaluate current Acumatica processes to uncover operational gaps, control weaknesses, and areas where efficiency can be improved.</p><p>• Examine approval paths, reporting frameworks, and related business controls to identify opportunities for stronger governance and better visibility.</p><p>• Recommend solutions that replace manual spreadsheet-driven activities, with particular attention to improving financial reporting practices.</p><p>• Analyse end-to-end transaction cycles and help enhance the flow from quotation through order entry to invoicing.</p><p>• Investigate business issues affecting inventory, commissions, pricing, credit-related quotations, and billing accuracy, and propose corrective actions.</p><p>• Develop or advise on the creation of Acumatica Generic Inquiries, management reports, and dashboards that support business decision-making.</p><p>• Lead focused working sessions with business users to gather requirements, confirm priorities, and validate proposed solutions.</p><p>• Prepare clear documentation outlining findings, recommended actions, internal controls, and future-state business processes.</p>

- <p>We are looking for an Accounting Analyst to join a collaborative finance team in Vancouver, British Columbia on a Long-term Contract basis. This position offers the opportunity to contribute across accounts payable, billing support, revenue recognition and reporting, as well as additional month-end activities while working closely with internal stakeholders across the business.
