- <p>Role: Manager, FP&A</p><p>Location: Vancouver, BC (fully on site with travel required)</p><p>Salary: $120,000 to $150,000</p><p><br></p><p>I am excited to be partnering with a growing mining organization on the search for an FP&A Manager to join their team during an exciting period of expansion.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a highly visible, sole contributor role suited for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves while partnering closely with senior leadership. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving financial planning and strategic decision-making across multiple operating mines in Mexico.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key responsibilities include:</strong></p><p>• Leading the annual budgeting process for operating mine sites and preparing regular forecasts</p><p>• Developing robust financial models in MS Excel to support strategic initiatives and business decisions</p><p>• Delivering insightful analysis and presenting recommendations to executive leadership</p><p>• Building executive-level dashboards, KPI reporting, and financial presentation decks</p><p>• Partnering with operations leaders to understand performance drivers and identify opportunities for improvement</p><p>• Driving process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and decision support capabilities</p><p>• Preparing ad hoc analyses related to production, costs, and operational performance</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
