The successful candidate will take ownership of product costing, inventory valuation, operational reporting, and financial analysis while helping to improve processes and support continued growth.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You'll Be Doing</strong></p><p>· Lead product costing and standard costing processes across multiple manufacturing facilities</p><p>· Analyze manufacturing costs, variances, labor, material usage, waste, machine efficiency, and overhead absorption</p><p>· Own inventory accounting, valuation, reconciliations, cycle counts, and inventory controls</p><p>· Partner with operations leaders to improve profitability, operational efficiency, and cost visibility</p><p>· Deliver reporting and analysis on product, customer, and facility profitability</p><p>· Support budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and year-end activities</p><p>· Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and data-driven insights to support decision-making</p><p>· Improve costing methodologies, reporting processes, and internal controls</p><p>· Support ERP enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives</p><p>· Collaborate with both Canadian and U.S. operations in a multi-site manufacturing environment</p>
