This short-term opportunity is well suited to someone who communicates confidently, creates a welcoming experience for visitors, and stays organized while managing a range of front-desk and administrative activities. The successful candidate will help keep daily operations running smoothly by assisting guests, handling inquiries, and providing reliable office support.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Welcome visitors, clients, and vendors at the front desk and ensure all sign-in procedures are completed accurately.<br>• Provide attentive customer service by assisting individuals on site and responding to general questions in a courteous and attentive manner.<br>• Register arriving customers using internal records or systems while maintaining accurate data entry standards.<br>• Manage incoming calls through a multi-line phone system and direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts.<br>• Monitor and replenish office and reception supplies to maintain a well-stocked and organized workspace.<br>• Support administrative operations through filing, document organization, email correspondence, and other clerical tasks as needed.<br>• Coordinate schedules and appointments to help maintain efficient daily office flow.
