We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support a range of initiatives in a fully remote environment. This long-term contract opportunity is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who can keep projects moving forward, maintain clear documentation, and coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders. The successful candidate will bring strong planning abilities, excellent communication skills, and a practical approach to tracking progress, identifying gaps, and supporting field-related observations and reporting. Responsibilities: • Coordinate day-to-day project activities to help ensure timelines, priorities, and deliverables remain on track. • Organize meetings, manage calendars, and prepare clear agendas, presentation materials, and follow-up documentation for stakeholders. • Maintain accurate project records, status updates, and supporting documentation to promote visibility across ongoing work. • Monitor project progress, identify risks or operational inefficiencies, and support timely resolution of issues affecting delivery. • Review and analyze project-related data in Excel to identify trends, support reporting, and inform decision-making. • Assist with onsite and field observation processes by gathering information, documenting findings, and supporting follow-up actions. • Work with cross-functional teams and business partners to support planning activities, implementation efforts, and project coordination needs. • Contribute to the effective use of project tools and enterprise platforms such as Jira, CRM, ERP, and cloud-based systems where required.
