  • <p>We are looking for an experienced <strong>Lean Six Sigma Black Belt / Process Improvement Consultant</strong> to join a client-facing transformation engagement on a contract basis. This is a hands-on delivery role supporting organizations through operational improvement and business transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will work directly with client stakeholders to understand how processes operate today, identify root causes of performance issues, design improved future-state processes, and help establish sustainable controls and measurements. This is not a purely strategic or advisory position. You will be expected to <strong>lead process improvement work, facilitate working sessions, analyze data, produce client-ready deliverables, and work directly with stakeholders to move initiatives from analysis through implementation.</strong></p><p><br></p><p>The successful candidate will be comfortable entering unfamiliar environments, quickly establishing credibility, and delivering tangible results with limited ramp-up time.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Lead defined process improvement deliverables within established project scopes, timelines, and milestones.</li><li>Assess and document current-state business processes within live operating environments.</li><li>Gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.</li><li>Lead structured root cause analysis and validate findings with business and operational stakeholders.</li><li>Design future-state processes and practical improvement solutions.</li><li>Develop control plans, performance measures, and ownership models to support sustainable improvements.</li><li>Facilitate process mapping sessions, working groups, and leadership workshops focused on reaching clear decisions and actions.</li><li>Analyze and communicate metrics such as cycle time, defects, rework, cost, throughput, and process efficiency.</li><li>Translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations for both operational and leadership audiences.</li><li>Identify and communicate risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and improvement opportunities throughout the engagement.</li><li>Produce high-quality process maps, analysis, recommendations, control plans, and other project deliverables.</li><li>Ensure documentation is sufficiently detailed and structured so that processes and deliverables can be maintained after the engagement.</li><li>Partner closely with change management and transformation professionals to ensure process improvements are practical, adopted, and sustained.</li><li>Take ownership of assigned deliverables while knowing when analysis is sufficient and when to move toward implementation.</li></ul><p><br></p>
