This position is responsible for managing the full contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance, mitigating risk, and driving strong vendor performance while supporting operational excellence throughout the organization. This role is ideal for a collaborative detail oriented with strong negotiation skills, experience managing facilities and service contracts, and the ability to balance stakeholder needs with organizational objectives. Responsibilities Develop and execute contract management strategies that support operational, financial, and organizational goals. Manage the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, administering, renewing, and terminating agreements. Ensure all contracts comply with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards. Lead procurement and tendering activities for facilities services, maintenance programs, capital projects, and operational vendors. Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors, consultants, and service providers. Monitor vendor and contractor performance against contractual obligations, service level agreements, and key performance indicators. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, insurance requirements, and applicable workplace standards. Partner with facilities and operations teams to support maintenance initiatives, renovations, capital projects, and service delivery across multiple sites. Identify and mitigate contractual and operational risks through proactive monitoring, reporting, and issue resolution. Maintain accurate contract documentation, reporting, and audit-ready records. Manage vendor performance issues, service disruptions, and contractual disputes, ensuring timely resolution. Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on contract administration, procurement processes, and vendor management best practices. Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to contract governance, supplier performance, cost optimization, and service delivery.
