They are seeking a highly organized and hands-on <strong>Project Coordinator</strong> to support construction projects from planning through completion.</p><p>The successful candidate will spend approximately 80% of their time on active construction sites, working closely with Project Managers, Site Superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and on schedule.</p><p>If you enjoy being in the field, solving problems, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and seeing projects come to life, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team.</p><p>What You&#39;ll Do</p><ul><li>Coordinate day-to-day project activities on commercial, industrial, water, and wastewater treatment construction projects</li><li>Act as a liaison between Project Managers, site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients</li><li>Attend site meetings and provide project updates</li><li>Track project schedules, milestones, budgets, and key deliverables</li><li>Assist with procurement, purchase orders, and material deliveries</li><li>Coordinate subcontractor schedules and site activities</li><li>Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, and project documentation</li><li>Maintain accurate project records, reports, and correspondence</li><li>Monitor site progress including progress photos and report to Superintendent</li><li>Support health and safety initiatives and ensure compliance with site requirements</li><li>Assist with change orders, contract administration, and project closeout documentation</li><li>Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and resolve issues proactively</li></ul><p><br></p>

  • We are looking for a Health and Safety Coordinator to support safe, compliant operations across worksites in Ontario. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can build strong relationships, guide employees and leaders on best practices, and help strengthen a culture of prevention. The successful candidate will combine practical field experience with sound knowledge of safety legislation, inspections, investigations, and training delivery.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Lead regular site reviews to identify hazards, recommend corrective actions, and promote consistent adherence to safety standards.<br>• Conduct incident and near-miss investigations, determine underlying causes, and help implement measures that reduce the likelihood of recurrence.<br>• Deliver safety orientations, toolbox talks, and other training sessions that improve awareness and reinforce safe work practices.<br>• Monitor compliance with applicable legislation, industry requirements, and internal policies across multiple work locations.<br>• Support audit preparation and participate in certification or compliance reviews by maintaining accurate records and required documentation.<br>• Work closely with supervisors, workers, and other stakeholders to encourage accountability and strengthen day-to-day safety performance.<br>• Track outstanding safety items, follow up on corrective actions, and help prioritize activities based on operational risk.<br>• Travel between sites as needed to provide on-site guidance, coaching, and hands-on safety support.
