Responsibilities: • Process a steady volume of daily financial transactions, typically managing between 30 and 50 items each day with accuracy and efficiency. • Administer weekly cheque disbursement activities, including preparing and completing scheduled cheque runs on Thursdays. • Review wire transfers, payment instructions, and fund movement requests to confirm details are accurate before release through the appropriate processing stages. • Perform account balancing activities, track unresolved items, and follow up on discrepancies to support timely resolution. • Research payment exceptions, investigate operational issues, and respond to inquiries related to transaction activity. • Prepare reports, transaction summaries, and supporting records to assist with operational tracking and documentation requirements. • Contribute to month-end operational tasks and provide administrative support for finance-related processes. • Follow established controls, procedures, and compliance standards while supporting audit requests, risk-related activities, and ongoing process improvements. • Work closely with internal teams, service providers, and external contacts to resolve processing issues and maintain smooth operational flow.
