In this role, you will provide responsive technical assistance to employees, helping maintain reliable day-to-day operation of desktop systems, user devices, and workplace applications. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical issues, supporting end users in a detail-focused environment, and contributing to consistent IT service delivery.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Provide both in-person and remote assistance for desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and other end-user technology.<br>• Investigate and resolve issues involving Microsoft 365 applications, account access, and common productivity tools.<br>• Prepare, install, and configure hardware and software for onboarding, device refreshes, and replacement equipment.<br>• Manage support requests efficiently, maintain accurate ticket records, and see incidents through to completion.<br>• Identify the root cause of device, system, and connectivity issues, escalating more advanced problems when necessary.<br>• Carry out routine updates, basic maintenance, and asset-related support to help keep user environments stable and functional.<br>• Guide employees with login issues, application questions, and general technical support needs in a clear and approachable manner.<br>• Work closely with internal IT partners to promote dependable service and reduce interruptions to daily business activities.
