The successful candidate will bring strong manufacturing purchasing experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build credibility with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and senior leaders alike.</p><p>As a trusted procurement partner, you will be responsible for ensuring the uninterrupted flow of materials, managing supplier relationships, driving cost savings initiatives, and contributing to strategic supply chain decisions that impact the business.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead all purchasing and sourcing activities to support manufacturing operations and business objectives.</li><li>Develop and implement procurement strategies that improve cost, quality, delivery, and supplier performance.</li><li>Source and negotiate with suppliers for raw materials, components, and production-related services.</li><li>Manage RFQ and tendering processes, evaluate vendor proposals, and negotiate favorable commercial agreements.</li><li>Build strong relationships with key suppliers while holding them accountable for quality, pricing, and delivery expectations.</li><li>Partner closely with the Executive Leadership Team to provide procurement insights, recommendations, and market intelligence.</li><li>Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Operations, Finance, and Logistics to ensure material availability and operational continuity.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and supplier performance to proactively identify and mitigate supply risks.</li><li>Analyze purchasing data, spending trends, and supplier metrics to support informed decision-making.</li><li>Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and supplier rationalization.</li><li>Support supplier qualification, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li></ul>
