The successful candidate will help maintain scalable cloud-based services, improve operational processes, and contribute to stable day-to-day platform performance.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Monitor cloud-based services and endpoint environments to identify performance issues, track system health, and support timely incident response.</p><p>• Manage and support cloud-hosted desktop and endpoint environments to ensure reliable availability, efficient resource utilization, and consistent operational performance.</p><p>• Create and maintain automation workflows using PowerShell and Microsoft platform technologies to streamline provisioning, configuration, and ongoing operational support.</p><p>• Support endpoint lifecycle management activities including provisioning, onboarding, offboarding, patching, software deployment, and compliance management.</p><p>• Coordinate deployment activities across cloud-based environments while helping reduce service interruptions and improve service reliability.</p><p>• Maintain accurate configuration management practices to support consistency, traceability, and controlled technology changes.</p><p>• Work with security-focused standards and technical controls to help protect endpoints, cloud services, identity platforms, and operational assets.</p><p>• Use Atlassian Jira to document tasks, track technical issues, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.</p><p>• Support cloud platform improvements and assist with infrastructure, endpoint, and identity-related changes across Microsoft and cloud-based technologies.</p>
