Minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounting, ideally within the legal sector. At least 2 years of billing experience in a law firm environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word); prior experience with 3E, e-Billing Hub, or enterprise-level accounting systems is an asset. Strong client service orientation; proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent client needs. Excellent spoken and written communication skills; able to interact effectively with all levels of the organization. Demonstrated initiative, proactivity, and results-driven approach. Sound judgment; able to handle confidential information with discretion. Effective team collaborator with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
