This role provides leadership to production supervisors and cross-functional teams while driving operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing principles, data-driven decision-making, cost reduction initiatives, and continuous improvement. The Operations Manager will collaborate closely with Sr. Leadership to develop operational strategies, improve plant performance, maximize resource utilization, and support long-term growth. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong analytical capabilities, exceptional business acumen, and a proven track record of improving manufacturing efficiency through Lean methodologies and operational best practices.
