We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join a wood and furniture manufacturing organization in Scarborough, Ontario. This Long-term Contract opportunity will provide hands-on support to brand and product marketing activities, with a strong focus on coordination, documentation, and timely execution. The successful candidate will help keep projects on track by working closely with internal teams, maintaining organized records, and supporting the delivery of launch materials and marketing assets. Responsibilities: • Coordinate day-to-day marketing activities to support product introductions, brand initiatives, and scheduled campaigns across multiple timelines. • Prepare, format, and update sales tools, presentation decks, product sheets, and other marketing materials for internal teams and external partners. • Maintain accurate product information, launch schedules, and supporting documents within SharePoint and other internal platforms. • Process incoming requests for business documents such as pricing information, forms, agreements, and related administrative materials with a high level of accuracy. • Work with Sales, Product Development, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to collect information, track approvals, and keep deliverables moving forward. • Support the creation and distribution of retailer-facing and internal communication materials to ensure consistency and readiness for launch activities. • Monitor document versions, organize digital files, and ensure marketing resources remain current, accessible, and properly stored. • Assist with reporting, status updates, and follow-up tasks that help the team manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
