- <p>Our client is seeking an organized and proactive <strong>Marketing Coordinator</strong> to provide interim support to the Marketing team. This role focuses on coordinating product launches, managing marketing documentation, supporting day-to-day operations, and facilitating communication across Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance teams. This is a <strong>5 day in office position located in Scarborough, near Sheppard/Markham Road.</strong> </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Support the execution of product launches and marketing initiatives.</li><li>Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.</li><li>Prepare and maintain product launch materials, sales tools, presentations, and supporting documentation.</li><li>Manage pricing sheets, product forms, item agreements, and other business documentation.</li><li>Maintain files, records, and content within SharePoint and internal systems.</li><li>Support reporting, tracking, and administrative activities.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, secure approvals, and support project execution.</li><li>Assist with retailer presentations, customer-facing materials, and internal communications.</li></ul><p><br></p>
