The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate effectively across teams to ensure seamless supply chain processes.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Process and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate submission to vendors.</p><p>• Coordinate with suppliers to address material returns, credit requests, and delivery timelines.</p><p>• Work closely with the internal design team to identify material substitutions and obtain quotes for new items.</p><p>• Monitor inventory levels to prevent overstocking and manage obsolete materials.</p><p>• Track and expedite open purchase orders to ensure on-time deliveries.</p><p>• Collaborate with warehouses to schedule deliveries and ensure proper unloading procedures.</p><p>• Support project quoting by gathering pricing information and reviewing material costs.</p><p>• Promote environmental, health, and safety policies throughout all supply chain activities.</p><p>• Identify and propose improvements to supply chain processes and policies.</p><p>• Maintain confidentiality of organizational information and uphold company values.</p>
