- <p>On behalf of our client, we are seeking a part-time (two-days per week)<strong> IT Support Specialist </strong>contractor<strong> </strong>to provide hands-on technical support across end-user technology, Microsoft cloud services, and core IT infrastructure. This role will support employees across office and remote environments, troubleshoot day-to-day technology issues, assist with system administration, and help improve the reliability, security, and efficiency of the IT environment.</p><p><br></p><p>This part-time contract opportunity will work 2-days per-week on-site in Mount Pleasant, Vancouver.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support through the IT service desk.</li><li>Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, printer, and business application issues.</li><li>Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including devices, accounts, permissions, and licensing.</li><li>Administer and support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, user access, MFA, SSO, and related services.</li><li>Deploy, configure, maintain, and track laptops, mobile devices, and other IT assets.</li><li>Support device management and endpoint administration through MDM tools.</li><li>Assist with cloud and on-premises infrastructure, backups, recovery, and routine system maintenance.</li><li>Support office technology including meeting room equipment, AV systems, and printers.</li><li>Assist with cybersecurity activities such as vulnerability monitoring, phishing simulations, and security awareness initiatives.</li><li>Maintain technical documentation, asset records, and knowledge-base articles.</li><li>Develop scripts and workflow automations using tools such as PowerShell and Power Automate.</li><li>Support networking and connectivity issues across LAN, WAN, VPN, wireless, and related environments.</li><li>Escalate more complex technical issues where appropriate.</li></ul>

As the company continues to grow, they are seeking a Payroll Specialist to support a diverse workforce spanning multiple Canadian and U.S. jurisdictions.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p>The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for full-cycle payroll processing for Canadian employees while supporting the review and approval of U.S. payroll operations across multiple jurisdictions. This role will oversee payroll for both hourly and salaried employees, manage benefits administration, and ensure compliance with applicable payroll legislation.
