My client firm is looking for a junior associate with 1+ years of experience who is ready to have their own files, their own clients, and their own voice in how matters are run. You will be working alongside experienced trial lawyers who are genuinely invested in developing the next generation. Core Responsibilities: <ul><li> Run your own litigation files from intake through resolution, with support from senior lawyers when you need it</li><li> Draft pleadings, applications, demand letters, and legal memoranda</li><li> Attend examinations for discovery, mediations, and chambers applications</li><li> Communicate directly with clients — you will know the people you are fighting for</li><li> Review and analyze complex medical and expert evidence</li><li> Appear in court on procedural matters and chambers applications as your experience builds</li><li> Contribute to complex and high-value files including medical malpractice and class actions alongside senior litigators</li></ul>
