- <p>We are seeking an experienced<strong> HRIS Consultant</strong> with strong Workday integration and global payroll implementation expertise to support a large-scale <strong>Workday-to-ADP</strong> payroll implementation. This consultant will play a key role in configuring and supporting Workday integrations, coordinating global payroll activities across multiple countries, and providing day-to-day project coordination to ensure a successful implementation.</p><p><br></p><p>This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of HR technology, payroll, and project delivery.</p><p><br></p><p>This contract is offered at 20-hours per week, with an initial term of 7-months. The consultant will work defined days, which can be determined upon hire.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday payroll integrations with ADP, including PECI.</li><li>Manage Integration Business Processes, document delivery, and .DAT configuration files across environments.</li><li>Support global payroll implementations, including testing, payroll validation, UAT, parallel runs, and cutover activities.</li><li>Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and ADP consultants to resolve integration and payroll issues.</li><li>Coordinate implementation activities, maintain project trackers and action logs, and communicate risks, dependencies, and progress.</li></ul><p><br></p>

- <p>Our client is seeking an experienced <strong>Ellucian Colleague Technical Consultant</strong> to support a significant transformation of their academic data structure and Colleague environment. This is a hands-on technical role for someone who has been deeply involved in <strong>Ellucian Colleague implementations, configurations, or major system enhancements</strong> and understands how institutional data is structured, managed, and reported.</p><p> </p><p>Working alongside the Project Manager, Functional Analyst, and internal Ellucian subject matter experts, you will help design and implement a new academic data model while ensuring historical and current data continue to support institutional reporting requirements. This remote contract has an initial term of 10-months with a strong likelihood of extension and is open to candidates in British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario and Quebec.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the technical configuration and customization of the Ellucian Colleague platform.</li><li>Design and implement new academic data structures, including course, section, and term categorization.</li><li>Evaluate whether new requirements should leverage existing data structures or require new data models.</li><li>Configure Colleague screens, fields, and workflows to support evolving business requirements.</li><li>Provide technical guidance on how academic and administrative data should be stored and managed within Colleague.</li><li>Support data mapping, migration, and validation activities between legacy and future-state data structures.</li><li>Work closely with stakeholders to ensure historical and current data remain accurate and reportable.</li><li>Collaborate with teams responsible for the institution's Central Data Warehouse (CDW) processes, including data mapping that supports FTE and institutional reporting.</li><li>Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend best practices based on previous Colleague implementation experience.</li><li>Partner with project stakeholders to support a successful go-live, currently targeted for May.</li></ul>

- <p>We are looking for an experienced Sage Intacct Consultant for <strong>100% remote </strong>consulting engagement for a not-for-profit client. This position will lead key ERP workstreams with a focus on accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial data structure, and reporting configuration. The successful candidate will bring strong project leadership and hands-on Sage Intacct expertise to guide implementation activities, support testing, and help prepare the organization for a successful go-live. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Lead the Sage Intacct engagement from a project management perspective, coordinating timelines, priorities, and deliverables across stakeholders.</p><p>• Configure and support core finance functions within Sage Intacct, with particular emphasis on accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.</p><p>• Translate existing financial structures into Sage Intacct by mapping the chart of accounts and validating data alignment with business needs.</p><p>• Oversee the transfer of financial records into the new environment, including detailed transaction-level information where line-item accuracy is required.</p><p>• Develop and refine customized financial and operational reports to support decision-making, compliance, and day-to-day visibility.</p><p>• Coordinate user acceptance testing activities by defining scenarios, tracking issues, and confirming solutions meet business requirements.</p><p>• Work with connected platforms for payroll, expenses, and accounts payable to support integration planning and data flow into Sage Intacct.</p><p>• Provide implementation guidance to internal stakeholders who require both ERP project leadership and product-specific expertise during the rollout.</p>
