The successful candidate will bring strong administrative ability, sound judgment, and the confidence to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Conduct virtual pre-screen and screening interviews for a large volume of applicants using established interview guides and evaluation criteria.<br>• Coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates, and maintain an efficient recruitment process from initial contact through selection stages.<br>• Review candidate information and screening responses to identify individuals who meet role requirements and project timelines.<br>• Provide day-to-day recruitment administration, including tracking applicant progress, updating records, and preparing hiring documentation.<br>• Support onboarding activities for selected hires to help ensure timely readiness for assignment.<br>• Work closely with election project leads and internal partners to align hiring activities with operational needs and deadlines.<br>• Manage multiple recruitment tasks at once while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and responsiveness under pressure.<br>• Use Microsoft Office tools to organize recruitment data, prepare reports, and support hiring coordination activities.
