In this position, you’ll be leading a team size of around 15 people, and you’ll have several team leads reporting to you. This company works with financial institutions across Canada, and they provide an innovative software platform to their customers. A significant part of your role will focus on ensuring that the internal IT operations are running smoothly at all times, to minimize downtime and disruptions. Experience in financial services or related fintech or SaaS companies would be considered an asset for this role. This role is suitable if you are an experienced people manager, with a strong technical background in IT infrastructure and operations. This is a newly created leadership role with a strong mandate to modernize, optimize, and elevate warehouse performance. The ideal candidate will bring both strategic vision and a hands-on leadership style to transform current processes, improve efficiency, and implement scalable systems that support future business growth, particularly in e-commerce, fulfillment and production operations.
