This is a highly visible, sole contributor role suited for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves while partnering closely with senior leadership. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving financial planning and strategic decision-making across multiple operating mines in Mexico. Key responsibilities include:• Leading the annual budgeting process for operating mine sites and preparing regular forecasts• Developing robust financial models in MS Excel to support strategic initiatives and business decisions• Delivering insightful analysis and presenting recommendations to executive leadership• Building executive-level dashboards, KPI reporting, and financial presentation decks• Partnering with operations leaders to understand performance drivers and identify opportunities for improvement• Driving process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and decision support capabilities• Preparing ad hoc analyses related to production, costs, and operational performance
