If y ou have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for numbers, we encourage you to apply.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Process accounts payable invoices with precision, ensuring timely and accurate payment to vendors.</p><p>• Allocate project costs effectively, using provided guidelines to match invoices to the appropriate projects.</p><p>• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure financial records are accurate and up-to-date.</p><p>• Conduct weekly cheque runs and electronic fund transfers (EFTs) for vendor payments.</p><p>• Utilize Acumatica software to manage accounting tasks and maintain organized financial records.</p><p>• Collaborate with project managers to clarify invoice details and resolve discrepancies.</p><p>• Assist in maintaining intercompany and split cost allocations for various projects.</p><p>• Prepare expense reconciliations and coding for invoices, adhering to company standards.</p><p>• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to streamlining AP workflows.</p><p>• Support additional accounting tasks such as account reconciliations to enhance team efficiency.</p>
