This crucial leadership role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and business transformation initiatives across multiple plant locations and functions across Canada and the US. Note: this role requires 50% travel in Canada and the US on an ongoing basis. The successful candidate will work closely with senior Operations and Plant leadership to design and implement scalable processes, improve operational performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who combines strong manufacturing operations knowledge with manufacturing finance acumen. This individual will partner closely with senior operations leaders and plant leadership to improve plant performance, reduce manufacturing costs, strengthen KPI visibility and support strategic growth initiatives.
