Our client is looking for a Senior Property Accountant to oversee and manage the financial operations of a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties in Ottawa, Ontario. This position requires someone with strong attention to detail, expertise in property accounting, and the ability to streamline processes while ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the broader real estate team. This is a Hybrid-Work opportunity requiring 4 days in office.
