This role serves as a trusted partner throughout the full customer journey, including implementation, configuration, training, data conversion, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support. The specialist will develop deep product expertise, provide best-practice guidance, troubleshoot issues, assess customer readiness, and deliver training to a variety of stakeholders including accounting, payroll, operations, and leadership teams. This is a remote role with travel throughout the United States and Canada, including customer site visits, internal meetings, and the annual user conference.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
