This is a hands-on leadership role supporting a division within a public company environment and partnering closely with senior finance and operational leadership.</p><p>Reporting into senior finance leadership, the Controller will oversee site finance activities, lead a capable team, and ensure accurate and timely reporting in a fast-paced environment. This role is well suited to a seasoned manufacturing finance leader who can quickly assess processes, navigate legacy systems, interpret complex data, and provide practical business support to operations.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>• Lead the full finance function for a large manufacturing operation, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and working capital oversight</p><p>• Manage month-end close activities and ensure financial results are completed accurately and within reporting timelines</p><p>• Oversee journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, provisions, and other core accounting activities</p><p>• Provide leadership across accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, and related finance functions</p><p>• Review and analyze operating results, including margin performance, cost trends, and inventory-related impacts</p><p>• Partner closely with operations, engineering, and leadership teams to understand business drivers and provide financial insight</p><p>• Support budgeting and forecasting activities and help identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improved performance</p><p>• Liaise with corporate finance, tax, treasury, and other internal stakeholders on reporting and finance matters</p><p>• Coordinate audit support and assist with compliance-related requirements.</p><p>• Lead, coach, and support direct reports while providing broader oversight to the finance team</p><p>• Work through large volumes of data from multiple sources, extracting, validating, and interpreting information to support decision-making</p><p>• Identify issues quickly, trace root causes, and implement practical solutions in a deadline-driven environment</p><p>• Contribute to ongoing systems and process improvement initiatives, including future-state ERP modernization</p>
