The role focuses on delivering IT compliance-related projects with a high standard of organization, communication, and accountability.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Partner with sponsors and key decision-makers to establish project objectives, priorities, scope, and measurable outcomes for assigned initiatives.<br>• Create detailed project roadmaps, schedules, and resource plans, while monitoring milestones and adjusting activities to keep delivery on track.<br>• Prepare budget estimates, manage project spending, and support sound financial oversight throughout the full project lifecycle.<br>• Provide clear and timely updates to team members, leaders, and steering committees through reports, presentations, and regular status discussions.<br>• Identify project risks, assess the impact of scope changes, and implement mitigation or contingency strategies to reduce delivery issues.<br>• Coordinate collaboration across business and technical teams to encourage solution adoption and maintain momentum on compliance-focused initiatives.<br>• Build productive working relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and other contributors essential to project success.<br>• Lead project closeout activities, including lessons learned reviews and final reporting, to strengthen future project execution.
